Adelaide Trombetta

We are thrilled to have Adelaide Trombetta as a featured guest vocalist at our upcoming concert! A graduate of Yale’s prestigious Opera Program, Adelaide made her debut on the Metropolitan Opera stage at age 21. There she was noted in the New York Times as “sensitive and affecting.” Since then, Adelaide has rapidly gained recognition as a world-class singer and a compelling stage performer across the US and Europe. Last summer, she performed for the second time, at one of Europe’s largest fashion shows, TAOMODA, in the world-renowned ancient Greek theater in Taormina, Sicily. In 2017 she made her Carnegie Hall debut in Weill Recital Hall and has recently released her solo debut album “Sempre Libera.” Adelaide is delighted to be making her debut with the Seven Hills Chorus for this performance of Faure’s Requiem. Mrs. Adelaide is an Associate Professor of Voice and Director of the Opera Workshop at Liberty University and resides in Lynchburg with her husband and their two daughters.
